A place worth knowing
Step away from the shopping district and give a house your attention. This was Jim Thompson’s Bangkok home; the museum brings the domestic setting and his Asian art collection into the same visit.
A guide is required inside the main house, with English among the available languages. Standard adult entry is 250 baht; age-based concessions have their own conditions. The current visitor page lists daily opening from 10:00 to 17:00, with the last guided tour at 17:00. This supersedes different hours elsewhere on the foundation’s site. Use the official admission page for authorized online sellers or walk-in arrangements. The photograph dates from 2013.
