Begin quietly at The Maybourne Bar, make dinner at The Tower Bar the centre of the plan, then head east to Bar Lis if you want a livelier finish. This is a cross-city evening, not a walking bar crawl: arrange transport between Beverly Hills, West Hollywood and Hollywood.
Tuesday to Saturday is the useful overlap for all three addresses. Confirm The Maybourne’s hours and Bar Lis’s programme directly; neither publishes a complete closing timetable.
