A place worth knowing
Ocho Esquinas owes its name to an unusually busy junction rather than a conventional four-corner crossing. The café dates from 1939 and combines an Art Deco setting with cured ham, German-influenced food and draught beer. Its position makes it a useful anchor for exploring the streets between Chacarita, Colegiales and Villa Ortúzar. Check the kitchen's current service before travelling specifically for a meal.
