Visit the palace before the galleries, then walk or take a short transit hop to Myeongdong for food. Check both cultural venues’ Monday and holiday arrangements. There is no need to add a distant neighbourhood to make this feel like a day out. Museum special exhibitions, palace entry and the meal have separate prices.
