Why make time for it
The fifth festival combines an exhibition of established and emerging comic artists with conventions on 10 and 11 October and 17 and 18 October. The exhibition itself runs from 6 to 18 October. It is a useful way to explore visual storytelling beyond mainstream bookshops; check the organiser's programme for convention activities and individual session times.
