Berlin plans work better with the right day
Museum Mondays, a free Thursday and the long gap before the club. A little calendar sense makes a Berlin day much better.

A museum day starts with the building, not the assumption that every gallery keeps the same hours. Neue Nationalgalerie and Hamburger Bahnhof normally close on Monday. Berlinische Galerie closes on Tuesday. C/O Berlin lists daily opening, with temporary exceptions worth checking.
Free admission is equally specific. Neue Nationalgalerie’s first-Thursday offer runs from 16:00 to 20:00; it does not turn every Thursday morning into a free visit. KW is between exhibitions until 16 October 2026. Read the dated notes before building a route.
The night has its own calendar. Berghain, Tresor and OHM publish separate programmes, and sharing a complex does not mean sharing a ticket. Choose the actual party and check entry conditions. Leave time for dinner, a rest and the journey between the museum and the first track.
