Why make time for it
Curator Raageh Ali brings together deadpan encounters, night drives and fragments of everyday city life. The screening is for Young Barbican members aged 16–29, even though the films carry a 15 certificate. It is a relaxed screening, with captions for live speech and subtitles for all films. Expect occasional strong language and images of public unrest. Check the booking page for the ticket price: the advertised £10 popcorn-and-beer offer is a separate café deal for ticket holders.
