Our take
Le Chateaubriand helped give Parisian bistronomy its adventurous reputation: ambitious cooking in a room of leather banquettes and globe lights on Avenue Parmentier. Founded by Iñaki Aizpitarte, it remains an address whose story is closely tied to the changing restaurant culture of the 11th.
