The production draws on stories associated with Li Bing, Wen Weng and the ancient roads into Shu. Tong Ruirui directs and choreographs, with music by Guo Sida. It is staged at Shangyin Opera House over two performances, offering a theatrical journey through Sichuan imagery rather than a literal travelogue.
