Begin early enough to enjoy MNAC without rushing. Walk downhill towards the Eixample, then on to Sant Antoni, allowing a longer break before any club session. This route changes pace across the day rather than promising continuous entertainment. Market trading hours and La Paloma’s programme need separate checks; the dance floor is optional.
