Give one exhibition the main part of your visit, then see what else catches your eye. The Whitney is a useful meeting point between a day spent looking at art and a day spent walking through the city.
The standard adult ticket is $30. Visitors aged 25 and under qualify for free admission, as do all visitors on Friday evenings from 17:00 and on the second Sunday of each month; consult the museum’s ticket rules. General opening hours appear below. The cover shows the museum in 2015.
